I began by combining personal experiences with those developed scientifically. This series of four videos (all shot before the film) captures the essence of my early dilemma and desire to know more. Research was also conducted using my Wonder Wall.
Over 150 gay men anonymously answered 10 questions about their beliefs and issues. The results may surprise you, but I know that at least one of them will challenge you.

HI, I'M NATHAN...
I began developing I'm Not Gay at the end of 2018 after several years working as a videographer, choreographer, and musician. What started as a research project soon evolved into a truly unique adventure of self enquiry. With each new understanding about my present came a new appreciation for my past. I used this swell of ambition to write, compose, choreograph, shoot, edit, produce, and direct this proudly diverse Australian film.
